We are located in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, at 2606 Stockton Hill Road. The cross streets are Hope and Airfield (see maps).

What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours and weekend appointments are available.

What is your consultation fee?
Consultations and case evaluations are free.

How much are your attorney fees to represent me?
Attorney fees are dependant upon the type of charges and the complexity of the case. There is no set fee; every case is different. We believe our fees are affordable and are generally lower than other attorneys in the community.

Do you allow payments?
The attorney fees are normally paid in full at the time our firm is hired. However, in some circumstances, we do allow for payments.

Do you accept credit cards?
No. Payment must be made by cash or check.

What is your experience level?
My practice has been exclusively criminal defense for 20 years and I am one of only three State Bar of Arizona Certified Criminal Defense Specialists in Mohave County. I have handled thousands of criminal cases and every type of case, including death penalty cases.

Do you visit clients who are incarcerated?
YES. I go to the jail several times a week to visit my clients and we accept collect phone calls from the jail.

Am I going to jail?
Most people who are criminally acussed are very concerned about going to jail. Some people, if convicted, do serve jail time, others do not. Whether or not a jail sentence is imposed depends on numerous factors including the type of offense, the severity of the offense, and whether or not the accused has a criminal record. One of our primary goals is to keep our clients out of custody!!
